Immigration (INS) Physicals
The only doctor offering INS physicals in the area.
We know the immigration physical process inside and out. Our office handles many immigration physicals every week and would be happy to do the same for you and your family. Call our office to make an appointment for your immigration exam and completion of form I-693. We are generally able to see you within a few days, and can complete the paperwork the same day or within a week of your visit. During your visit, you will meet with a nurse who reviews your vaccination records and determines whether additional vaccinations or blood testing are needed. You will then have your examination with the Civil Surgeon. When your I-693 is completed it will be in a sealed envelope, with an additional copy for your personal records. Immigration physicals are not covered by insurance, so we require cash or credit card payment on the day of the visit.
